Within the scope of company law, which is one of the major specialisations of our office:

• we draft partnership agreements and constitutional documents of companies and we set up subsidiaries, as well as representative offices;
• we represent companies in registration proceedings;
• we draw up agreements concluded between a business entity and its partners and shareholders;
• we provide ongoing assistance in day-to-day operations of companies and partnerships, as well as legal services to their bodies;
• we advise and conduct consolidations, divisions and transformations of companies and partnerships;
• we help in the preparation of shareholders’ meetings, as well as general meetings, and we act as partners’ and shareholders’ proxies at these meetings;
• we conduct the process of floating joint-stock companies on the stock exchange;
• we represent our clients before the court in company law proceedings, in particular the ones concerning expulsion of a shareholder from a company, or in the proceedings against a member of a limited liability company board of directors to bear the liabilities of the company, in the proceedings to rescind the resolution of shareholders, or to render a resolution invalid.
