Within the scope of public procurement:

1. we draft and analyse the correctness of terms of reference;
2. we analyse whether public procurement award procedures applied by our clients comply with the law;
3. we advise our clients on the choice of the mode of public procurement award;
4. we draft and analyse compliance with the law of public procurement contracts;
5. we draft appeals against actions non-compliant with the law taken by awarding entities in the course of public procurement award procedure or against their non-compliant with the law failure to act;
6. we represent our clients before the National Appeal Chamber.
