- providing legal opinions on and drafting construction contracts, general contracting agreements, design, investment project and author’s supervision contracts;
- representing construction entrepreneurs before administrative organs in cases for obtaining building permissions, land development conditions, and usufruct permissions;
- we conduct the assessment of the legal status of real property, that is the so-called real estate due diligence;
- establishment of transmission easement;
- payment for energy poles, transformer stations, lines and other transmission equipment;
- we provide advice on the creation of security and other encumbrances on real estate property (mortgage and easement);
